IT Service Desk opening hours on Friday 12th and Monday 15th January 2018
As the Main Library will be closed all day on Friday 12th January 2018, the IT help point will not be available for face to face IT support. You can still contact the IT Service Desk via IT Self Service, email or telephone (01334 46 3333) between 08:30 – 17:00.
On Monday 15th January 2018, the IT Service Desk (IT help point in the Main Library and back office) will be closed all day for a staff development event. You can still log a call via IT Self Service, email or voicemail (01334 46 3333), however, it will not be actioned until the next day.
