Contact the IT Service Desk via Skype for Business
From Monday 19th March, University staff and students will be able to contact the IT Service Desk via the Skype for Business instant messaging service.
Search for ‘IT Service Desk’ via your Skype for Business account.
This service will operate from 09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday only. Instant messages sent to the account out with this period will not be delivered.
