Christmas opening hours 2021
If you experience an issue over the festive period, feel free to email [email protected] or log a call in IT Self Service – just bear in mind that we may not be able to respond within our usual timescale. We will be monitoring calls on the days indicated below and will respond to urgent issues.
For common tasks like setting up eduroam or accessing software, check the IT website to see if you can find what you’re looking for.

ID card collection
New students staying in Halls can collect their ID cards from their allocated Hall of Residence. Other students can collect replacement ID cards from 12pm to 3pm from the small Butts Wynd computer classroom as the Main Library will be closed.
Drop off or pick up your device from the PC Clinic
Staff and students can request device repairs from the PC Clinic throughout the festive period using this form. When the Main Library is closed from 5 – 9 January, we will arrange an alternative location to drop off and collect your device.
