IT Service Desk opening hours (Christmas break)
Due to the University’s closure during the Christmas period, the IT Service Desk (front desk and back office) will operate at the following dates and times:

If you need to log call during this period, please use the IT Self Service portal and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Please note that during the vacation period (24th December – 3rd January), the PC Classrooms in the Bute, Maths and Irvine buildings will be available 24 hours a day. ID cards will be required to gain access.
