Colleagues are invited to a 20-minute tea break to chat about Teams and other Microsoft tools. It takes place in the Microsoft 365 User Community team in the ‘Cuppa’ Teams’ channel. If you’re not already part of the team, feel free to join using this link – all welcome.

What we talk about

If you’ve got any topics in mind ahead of time, staff can make suggestions in the Microsoft 365 User Community. Some of our recent themes have included:

  • sharing files outside of your team
  • digital wellbeing
  • tips for new staff
  • new and upcoming features
  • SharePoint vs. OneDrive

The 20 minutes isn’t structured, like our ‘tips and tricks in Teams’ PDMS course. Random questions are welcome and we encourage anyone in the room to pitch in with comments and suggestions. The aim of the session is to learn a new things from like-minded colleagues in an informal setting.

Add it to your calendar

To add the appointment and meeting link to your calendar:

Once you add it, you aren’t bound to attend every week – it’s just a reminder, and makes it quicker and easier to join.
